Terms of Service — Second Shift
The service
Second Shift provides an AI twin that hosts your own TikTok LIVE on your own TikTok account. The twin reads your live chat, answers guests in the personality style you choose, and can talk about your own shop products. The twin only ever operates on the account you connected, in your own live room.
Plans
Second Shift is a membership service. Billing starts only when the live service opens; while the service is in demo, nothing is charged. The plan and the price shown on the Second Shift website at the time you sign up are the ones that apply to you.
- Proof Run — free. Your first 30 minutes of hosted LIVE time, on the house, so you can watch your twin work a room before you pay anything.
- Founder — $20/month. For members who join during the early stage. The Founder price is locked: it does not rise when the standard price takes effect.
- Standard membership — $29.99/month. One flat tier — the public price when the full service launches. Includes about 40 hours of hosted LIVE time per month; extra time is available in hour packs. Your twin is never cut off in the middle of a stream: if your included time runs out during a live session, the session finishes and the extra time is settled afterward.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account and to go LIVE on it. You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own. Connecting someone else's account is not allowed and is grounds for removal.
The AI host is always labeled
Every stream hosted by a Second Shift twin carries a permanent on-screen "AI HOST" badge. The twin identifies itself as an AI if a guest asks. Keeping this labeling on is a condition of using the service — it is built into the product and is not optional.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your stream and for your TikTok account's standing with TikTok.
- You must not use the twin to deceive viewers, to impersonate another real person, to spam, or to run content that breaks TikTok's rules or the law.
- You are responsible for the products and claims your twin presents on your behalf.
Built-in controls
The kill switch (stops the twin instantly), take-over mode (you speak as yourself at any moment), the blocklist, and the chat moderation guardrails are part of the product. Trying to bypass or disable these controls is a violation of these terms.
Payments
- Memberships are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests are reviewed by contacting FredNMills1983@yahoo.com, and refunds required by law are always honored.
Termination
Accounts that abuse the tool — impersonating other people, deceptive use, connecting accounts they do not own, or breaking these terms — can be suspended or removed.
The service may change
Second Shift may change, pause, or add features over time. We do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. Updates to these terms will be posted publicly on this page with a new effective date.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Pit Stop Entertainment's liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
